Jenni works in the fitness industry specialising in weight loss and weight management.

In 2004 Jenni set up Bustamove as a personal training studio after working at Fitness First as a personal trainer and manager and realising how they just don’t work for most people in achieving their goals. Jenni was driven to establish a training environment that is fully responsive to each client’s unique needs and objectives, acknowledging that every individual requires a personalised approach to achieve optimal results.

You will find Jenni deeply committed to supporting and guiding people in their fitness journey. Her focus is on helping individuals stay motivated, train safely, and build consistency, while ensuring that every session is performed with proper technique for maximum effectiveness. This holistic approach not only gives you the best possible chance of achieving outstanding results from your training, but also allows you to enjoy the process, stay engaged, and feel a genuine sense of connection to both the gym and our wider community.

Qualifications:

 

  • Certificate 3 in Fitness
  • Certificate 4 in Fitness
  • Senior First Aid Level 2, including CPR
  • Certificate 2 in Boxing

Scarlett Whitlock Personal Trainer

Scarlett has been working as a trainer at Bustamove for the past 8 years, she studied health science at Deakin University on top of getting her certificate III and certificate IV in group training and personal training.

Scarlett grew up with interest in many sports but had a love for dancing, gymnastics and volleyball. She danced for 10 years reaching a national level and she also competed in gymnastics for over 10 years ending her career at 18 and Volleyball was her go to school sport which she loved and excelled at also.

Scarlett loves being a personal trainer and is passionate about seeing her clients reach their goals and help them change their lifestyles for the better, Scarlett is 100% results driven and totally dedicated to helping her clients achieve their weight loss, fitness and health goals.

As your personal trainer, you can expect a high level of care and support, not only during your sessions, but also outside of sessions Scarlett is always going above and beyond, providing extra workouts for her clients, nutritional advice and providing support and motivation.

Lochie Parkinson Personal Trainer

Lochie is a dedicated personal trainer with a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise and Sport Science from Deakin University. Growing up, Lochie was deeply immersed in the world of sports, playing both footy and soccer. This passion for physical activity naturally evolved into a love for weightlifting, which he has enjoyed for the past 10 years.

His approach to training is all about helping you achieve your strength goals while enhancing your mobility and ensuring pain-free movement in your daily life. Lochie believes that fitness should be both effective and enjoyable, so he brings a mix of professional expertise and a healthy dose of sarcasm and humour to every session.

Whether you are looking to lift heavier, move better, or simply enjoy a workout that makes you smile, Lochie is here to support and motivate you every step of the way to make your fitness journey both rewarding and fun!

Paul Dean Personal Trainer

NEW Trainers

Paul brings over 17 years of personal training experience to Bustamove, with a strong belief that moving healthy and moving well are the essential foundations for any successful fitness journey.

Having worked in the UK as a Health and Wellbeing Personal Trainer and Rehab Specialist at Nuffield Health, Paul has developed a deep understanding of how to prioritise functionality and form before performance. Now based in Australia he continues to apply this approach with every client he works with.

Paul thrives on variety in the gym and knows that the hardest part of any journey is simply deciding to start. His sessions are grounded in accountability, individualised programming, and a focus on long-term progress — helping clients not just reach their goals but push through them.

At Bustamove, Paul creates a supportive, down-to-earth environment where clients feel both challenged and at home. His style is firm, assertive, and encouraging — built on the belief that growth comes from stepping outside your comfort zone.
