At Bustamove, we offer small group training sessions designed to make your workouts both effective and fun. If you’d like to train with a friend—or even a group of friends—we’ll tailor a 30, 45, or 60 minute session to suit your collective goals and fitness levels.
No training partner? No problem! We can match you with another like-minded client at a similar fitness level and schedule, so you’ll always have someone to train alongside.

One of our most popular offerings at Bustamove is our Seniors Group Training. These sessions are designed for older adults who value their health and fitness, enjoy staying active, and appreciate a good challenge in a supportive environment.
Held both indoors and outdoors, the program places a strong focus on core stability, resistance training to support bone density, and cardiovascular fitness to promote heart health and overall wellbeing.
Every session is tailored to accommodate all fitness levels and abilities, ensuring everyone feels comfortable, confident, and empowered to move at their own pace while achieving great results.

regular screenings
When you have your initial assessment at Bustamove we will put you through a number of strength and fitness tests.
We use this to identify any weakness you may have but also to closely track your progress.
We screen 4 times a year, more if you would like. We will retest you to see how you are travelling and if we need to adjust your training.
